Villa Gumonca Price List 2024
Price of Villa Gumonca includes electricity, hot and cold water, air-conditioning/heating, WiFi, final cleaning, every day cleaning, towels change every day, linen change twice a week, pool and garden maintenance, pool heating from end of April to beginning of October, outdoor jacuzzi hot tub from end of March to beginning of November.
Tourist tax is not included in the price and it is charged extra according to local regulations 1,33 Euros per adult per day, 0,67 Euros for children 12 - 18 and children 0-12 do not pay tourist tax.
There are no other mandatory fees!
30% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking and the rest up to the total amount of booking 1 month before arrival date
Payment is possible by bank transfer on our company's bank account or on line by credit cards MasterCard®, Maestro® and Visa.
For discounted prices there might be an additional fee for credit card payments!
***All additional services payable on site can be paid only in cash to the villa manager. We cannot accept credit card payments for the additional services!
500€ security/damage deposit is due upon arrival in cash or online credit card authorisation. The amount is returned at departure after inspection of the villa.
